What we do
A developer from our esteemed network will notify us when they launch a project, in order for us to assist with fundraising. We establish the finer details for the project, including level of funding required and investment structure.
Once we have established requirements for the project and in possession of fact sheet/investment summary, we then share the opportunity with our international pool of investors.
Investor confirms interest with us, usually via email.
We will then provide investment summary and open dialogue with investor, to affirm interest and establish suitability for the project in question.
Following a positive initial conversation.
We will then arrange a conference call to include investor, ourselves, and key figures from the developer, to make an official introduction between parties and explore potential collaboration on the project.

Data room can be shared, deal negotiated, and deeper due diligence for both parties will commence. Once all parties are satisfied, legal & security docs (paperwork) will be drawn up and issued for signing.
COMPLETION
Developer has successfully achieved the funding required, and investor has secured a solid and fruitful addition to their portfolio. Now the relationship has been established, investor will receive priority options on future phases and similar projects from the developer.
